RichardAuto works as an independent auto insurance consultant and does not underwrite or issue insurance policies. Content is provided for general information and does not replace a formal policy document or professional advice.
Use of the site is intended for United States residents who are at least eighteen years of age. Submitting a request confirms that this requirement is met and that the details provided are accurate.
Any account created should be kept secure, and the information supplied should be truthful and current. Responsibility for activity under an account rests with the person who holds it.
Text messages related to auto insurance may be received only where a mobile number has been supplied and the marketing text message box on the sign-up form has been ticked. Only marketing and promotional messages are sent, and ticking the box is not a condition of opening an account or requesting a quote. Consent can be withdrawn at any time by replying STOP, and HELP returns assistance. Standard message and data rates may apply.
The site should be used only for lawful purposes. Attempting to disrupt the service, access it without authorization, or misuse any content or feature is not permitted.
